Dear Graduate Student,

We invite you to participate in a survey on your experience as a graduate student at the University of Prince Edward Island. The Graduate Student Association is gathering this information so that we can better understand that experience and how it can be improved upon. Only current and former graduate students of UPEI are invited to participate.

If you choose to take part in this survey it will take thirty minutes of your time, and no harm will come to you. Whether or not you take part is completely up to you. You may stop participating in the survey at any time, without any consequences. We will keep all information that we collect confidential and anonymous. We will ensure that you will not be identified from any of your responses. If you feel a question may cause you to be identified, you may choose not to answer that question.

The Graduate Student Association executive are the only people who will have access to the data resulting from this survey. We will retain all the data in a secure location to be used only by future executive members for year-to-year analyses and quality assurance purposes.
